We started out with a rotten, uneven and poorly constructed bathroom, Marcus absolutely transformed the bathroom. Great communication, workers were also very lovely and always on time. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Really happy with our bathroom it’s everything we wanted!!

I can highly recommend Marcus and his team. They are true to their word , professional, friendly with a high level of expertise. From start to finish I have felt listened to and respected. Its only been 3 weeks since I chose them and my luxury bathroom is nearly finished. Everything thing has been done to make my life easier as a disabled pensioner. Our dated bathroom and separate upstairs toilet had served us well over the last 20 years in our 1930's house but it was time for a refresh and that is exactly what we got. Having struggled with the door opening leaving little room to move, or to fit a decent size shower in the past, Marcus immediately suggested we move it - not something we would have contemplated - and he came up with CAD drawings of a new layout and design. His team started work from builders, plasterers, joiners, plumbers and painters over the next 5 weeks. Despite a few glitches with crumbly walls and some revised work needed on a couple of occasions the end result is fantastic. 'It looks like a hotel' my grandaughter exclaimed! The feature tiles are just beautiful in the shower. Niches save any hassle of where to put your shampoo. Clean lines with wall hung sink and toilet make it easy to clean along with the shower screen - no more grotty shower doors that no matter how hard you try they always end up looking terrible. Marcus kept close tabs on all the work and kept us informed of any issues or changes. Anything not quite right was fixed without question. Bearing in mind this was the run up to Christmas and everyone wanted their rooms finished and the amount of sickness around at this time of year, the timescale was a little longer than anticipated but at least we had use of a downstairs toilet as well. Ultimate Renovators have transformed our rooms and we are very happy with the end result and would recommend Ultimate Renovators.

Marcus and the team completed on schedule a complete bathroom remodel/refit to a very high standard, all the contractors played their part and they were all professional, a special mention to Gary the plumber who’s work goes unnoticed because most of it is hidden in the walls where it should be, but I witnessed the work he did and I have to say he did an excellent job. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about a new bathroom to contact Marcus at Ultimate Renovators from beginning to end your always kept informed of what’s going on. 10/10

From day one and the original concept of modernising our Main and Ensuite Bathrooms to the end result, Marcus and his CAD designs showed us what could be achieved. His team of fitters have been brilliant. Great communication throughout the build with daily updates on what the next steps were going to be. There were a couple of hiccups along the way that you might or not expect but these were sorted very quickly. The final results are fantastic and we are very happy. We would be very happy to recommend Marcus and his team to anyone thinking about having this kind of job done in the future.
